The Project “Management of Natural Resources” (PMRN) promoted, trained and implemented forest management measures, reforestation, agroforestry activities and forest nurseries in cooperation with smallholders in the Oriental Region of Paraguay over a period of 6 years. UNIQUE was contracted by the PMRN to guide the project team in the systematization, documentation and classification of the experiences within the last years. The main objective was to provide interested institutions appropriate access to the results of PMRN in that region.

• Review of existing documents and information.
• Elaboration of a summary with the most important findings.
• Identification of areas where more information or more accurate data is needed.
• Review of the proposal and determination of the most important and realistic options.
• Development of an action plan to prepare the documents.
• Determination of the information to be published.
• Review of the publications elaborated within the project.
