Evaluation of EU Co-Financed Forestry Support
Background
Support measures in agriculture and forestry which are co-financed by the EU must undergo an external evaluation by the federal states. Baden-Wuerttemberg has established the “Action and Development Plan for Rural Areas (MEPL)” for support in agriculture and forestry. Forestry support measures are mainly in priority area I, improving the competitiveness of agriculture and forestry, and in priority area II, improving the environment and landscape. In particular, the evaluation includes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of monitoring data. UNIQUE was contracted to evaluate the forestry-related support measures for the period 2016-2024.
Our contribution
- Evaluation of the forestry support measures in priority areas I and II.
