Impact Monitoring of EC Incentive Policy
Background
Incentives in the agriculture and forestry sector which are co-financed by the European Union and the respective Federal States in Germany require an external evaluation. UNIQUE was assigned to evaluate three forestry-specific support measures for the period 2007 - 2013, as part of Rhineland-Palatinate’s subsidy programme on “Agriculture, Environment, and Rural Development (PAUL)”.

- Measure 125.3: Improvement and development of the forestry infrastructure
- Measure 227: Assistance for non-productive investments – soil liming
