Aim of this project is to draw up an extensive catalogue of requirements for the development of an user-friendly invoicing software especially customized for the needs of forest cooperations and wood marketing companies. After having conducted a detailed enquiry of the present market of software products and a thoroughly questioning of users, a catalogue of requirements was worked out. On the one hand, this catalogue offers software-developing companies more up-to-date approaches in order to deal better than before with the needs of the forest cooperations. On the other hand, the catalogue supports users reflecting their sale processes. Moreover, with the help of the requirement-catalogue also new marketing companies will be able to re-think and re-design their processes.
