Coaching of forest owner associations for an improved timber mobilization
Background
The overall objective of the project was the development of an approved and transferable coaching concept for executives of forest owner associations in order to increase the mobilization rate of timber in private forests. The designed coaching guideline supplemented the findings of related projects in the context of promoting timber mobilization in private forest stands.
Our contribution
- Organization of workshops in the federal states: Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Bavaria, Brandenburg.
- Development of a coaching concept for executives of forest owner associations.
- Implementation and evaluation of interviews with executives.
- Evaluation of best practices for forest owner associations.
- Expert advisory committee for the project with policymakers, academic experts and practitioners.
- Elaboration of a coaching-guideline.
