IT-support for the state forest enterprise Saarland
Background
Between 1999 and 2000, the Forest Management Software "PRO FOREST" was introduced in the state forest enterprise Saarland. After this software introduction, UNIQUE provided contact persons for the first-level user support and supported the further implementation of the software.

- Recording and resolving user problems and errors.
- Assistance with updating and entering the master data.
- Training department managers in the application.
- Support for the analysis and specification of business processes.
- Definition of required software adjustments for mapping business processes.
- Documentation of the project's progress.
- Communication between the software company and users.
- Establishing posting specifications for coordination of financial accounting with natural accounting.
